If you're looking for something a bit more mind-bending to do this weekend, then GhettoAlive have a real treat for you. Experimental electronic musician Isak Han will be performing live at the venue. Han creates unique compositions using his self-built musical instruments. This should be wild.

LIVE MUSIC / PERFORMANCE / FESTIVAL
Seoul live music venue 78 Avenue will open all the different parts of their offices for a multi-stage mini-festival. Playing in the Lounge will be epic power-pop band Lacuna. In the park area will be soulful guitarist J.Una. In the office area will be multi-instrumental solo artist and Thorneapple bassist Sim Jaehyun. And playing in the cafe will be emotion-driven indie-pop performer qman(9.10000).

A Tale of Your Fairy

ART / PAINTING / FAIRY TALES
A Tale of Your Fairy is an exhibition featuring six different painters. Each artist uses their work to explore the fantastic world of fairytales, folklore and fable. They also probe their inner landscape with their dreamlike, surrealist images. The participating artists are Seulgi Kim, Jiyeon Kim, Jui Seong, Ra Choi, Hanna Lee, and Yoon Chung.

Drinking Boys and Girls Choir

PUNK / LIVE MUSIC
Our favourite pop-punk provocateurs, Drinking Boys and Girls Choir, will come from Seoul to play at Club Sharp this weekend. They'll be supported by the fantastic psychedelic math-rock band Dabda. There's not that much else to say about this show: both bands are very, very good live so go and see them.

We only heard about 천미지 for the first time recently, but we have become a bit obsessed with her unique style of indie music. On her 2019 album, Love and Mother, the versatile performer demonstrated her incredible range and her juicy songwriting skills. This Sunday, she will be performing at Idaho. This bar is quickly becoming THE place for live music performances, and this one is not to be missed.
